Aromatherapy is much more than just a pleasurable scent experience. There are therapeutic properties harnessed in each drop of oil that can shift the body toward a state of well-being. Plants, herbs and plant extracts have been used for their healing, cleansing, & detoxifying benefits for thousands of years. Holistic Aromatherapy. “Holistic aromatherapy incorporates safe and effective practices to promote health and wellbeing on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. Once a lifestyle and health history is gathered a custom blend is formulated and a treatment plan created by the essential oil therapist. The treatment plan may include inhalation, compress or topical application.”

Subtle Aromatherapy. Subtle aromatherapy utilizes the vibrational qualities of essential oils to facilitate the healing at an emotional, energetic or spiritual level. A subtle aromatherapy treatment involves bodywork paired with energy work & essential oils. This may include: Chakra balancing, Intuition or working with the Meridian System to heal, balance or ‘move’ what is blocked.
